Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and East 73 Studio LLC ("we," "us") for your use of the Expressed app. Please read them; they are written to be as plain as possible.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Expressed, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Expressed

Expressed is about alcoholic drinks. You must be of legal drinking age where you live (21 or older in the United States) to use it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Expressed is free to download, with a limited number of bottle scans and AI suggestions each month. Expressed Pro is an optional subscription that removes these limits and unlocks extra features such as community recipes. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple's standard EULA

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Community recipes

If you share a recipe or comment with the community, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to store and display it in the app to other users. Only share content you have the right to share. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that encourages dangerous or underage drinking. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI suggestions and bottle information

Discover suggestions, label scanning, and some recipe details are produced with the help of AI and public product databases. They can be wrong. Always read real labels, especially for allergies and dietary needs, and use your own judgment about what you mix and serve.

Disclaimer: drink responsibly

Expressed is for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drink and drive. Don't serve alcohol to anyone underage or who is visibly intoxicated. Recipes and suggestions are for information and enjoyment, not medical or health advice.

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, East 73 Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Our content

The app, its design, recipe collection, descriptions, and artwork belong to East 73 Studio LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will change, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
